   !At first is important to realise that your body is one BIG transmitter which we use for absorb, create or stabilize the energies around us. So try imagine that you are BIG radio which is made from some type of materials...
So thats our body structure which is made from food we eating on daily bases where we life and water which we drinking... 
   !Human body have ability to change the "matter" or i call it personal "aura" which is build on every 7 years aprox. Thats why 7 cause the last difficult cells ( brain ones ) are so different structurally from for example Liver ones which are able to completly change during week.
   !What thats means?
That means that we becomes after 7 years totally different !entities,
depending on the food ???? water ???? time invested to working with this goods ⚒ { exercising } and also is very important surrounding areas where we spends most time ⌚ ( National / Personal ) "collection of auras" and more and more another differentials which creates the "Craftman" body ( transmitter ) and thus ability to create, change and absorb ( transmission ) energies around to make the personal reality or reality-based surrounding structure...

"YOU CReATE REALITY based on SIMILAR VIBRATIONAL LVL"
...thats mean that you cant do real "MaGick" when you daily or mostly eating food with "low length vibrational potency" cause the transmission of the information contained in, or carrying inside the energy fields have different form or structure of which we want to pass on.
   !So you can't make an intense Imaginations or Creations which you obtained from learning their theories,
 without the similarly vibrate body structure or surroundings of matter... which reflects and shares same frequencies lengths which are maded of.
   !So that everyone who ill reading next chapters have to be aware of cause of your own health form during 7 years received the informations through the food sources which are not on similar structures of reality which you want to live,create or be able to recognize.

   For the last 5 years of work on my "bodysuit" also dietary changes and my isolation from social structures am just now can understand the importance of the human potential... Cause am now vibrating or receiving similarly energies... and thats why even i study physics mathematics or another science formulas before 10 years ago...
   Or I wasnt able to understand the potential informations codes from reading spiritual books just because my lifestyle, diet, surrounding areas and beliefs of what I want to be was on totally different format, or form from "source obtaining database" which i was build from...

   !But we can create strong components by simply rules for to keeps our energy field or "aura" stay "protected", or more than that..
   !By using intense of brain magnetic resonance or 1000x stronger heart magnetic resonance potential,
in combination with knowledge of our own possibilities in current space and time,
basically be able to vibrational overcome the micro and macroscopic energy barriers and creates "Magick" or own "real time universe".
...but mostly the reason why we present ourselves microcosmically are the barriers in macrocosmical structures...
   !Inside of our bodies, surrounded world, planets and another energy related universe which vibrational potential is highly than ours.
   !So our potential of creates reality is like constantly consumed by entertainment of reality outside itself ...
/ social conscious of people , where we live , work, financial stability, emotional or another effect inside our planet / or energy related flows outside our planet / magnetic waves or frequencies planets / reaction to the beams of fotons current star or planetary compilation /and they energy related,
could be stronger than our own potential to vibrate enough on some frequency levels.
   !So until field inside us, is not stronger than consequences of energy fields current reality outside us...
...is almost everything what happens in our reality mostly ruled by "someone or something" else and also reason why our Magick is not "accepted enough ,"
   Then we are like consumers of flows of energies around without knowing how to change them,
